Book Condition and New Book Requests The books offered through our store are mostly used, carefully sourced to save them from being discarded. They are selected for minimal wear and remain in readable, resellable condition.

If you require a new copy of a specific book, please email us at info@ember-ashes-crimson-codex.com before placing your order. We can either:

  • Arrange to obtain a copy directly from you, or

  • Purchase the book at the lowest cost we can find on your behalf

In either case, you will be responsible for any additional cost above our standard used book pricing. We will confirm the total with you before proceeding.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items Returns will not be accepted for items that are:

  • Used

  • Not in original packaging

  • No longer in resellable condition

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

3. How to Start a Return Contact us at info@ember-ashes-crimson-codex.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

5. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrectly sent.

6. Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. Instead, return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
